With his strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build his own business, he started his real estate journey in 2012 doing corporate housing with single family homes. Years later realizing how time intensive and slow to scale this model was, in 2021 he decided to pivot and focus on bigger commercial properties such as hotels and larger multifamily assets.

Michael Ealy is the Founder and CEO of Nassau Investments. With over 1500 residential units, as well as several hotels, under management, he has built Nassau Investments into one of the notable property development firms in the Cincinnati area. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and Real Estate Investing and has negotiated hundreds of successful real estate transactions. As senior advisor to KGS Capital, Mike brings to the table his strengths of identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, developing a clear vision and business plan for each investment property, and developing investment teams.

Eric is an Army Special Operations veteran who grew up in Central Iowa before attending college in California. While serving, Eric deployed to combat five times and completed a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science. He has a passion for educating the military community on how to create long term wealth through real estate investing, while personally investing across the country for the last sixteen years. Eric serves as Co-Founder of Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) and is a Senior Managing Partner with ADPI Capital. He is a General Partner on 1052 doors and has invested as a limited partner in 575 doors. This totals his involvement at over $64M in multifamily assets with experience in sourcing, due diligence, capital raise, risk capital, investor relations, asset management, and as a Guarantor/Key Principal

Keishia is an army veteran with six years of service in the Army National Guard. During her enlistment, she was a Human Resource Specialist and also deployed to Kuwait as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Following her enlistment she began investing in real estate in 2011 and has been expanding and managing her portfolio of properties for the past 10 years. In April 2021, she decided to take the next step on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Kennedy Remedy Investments. Kennedy Remedy Investments will focus on investing in commercial multi-family properties.

Jerod earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. Due to early exposure to real estate from his family, he acquired land in various counties before attending a university. As a consultant he has negotiated residential as well as commercial transactions domestically and internationally helping to build his network along with partnerships, bringing 16+ years of business ownership to the team.
